| 摘 要： | 采用生长速率法测定了链霉菌Streptomyces sp103的发酵液及其菌丝体的乙醇提取物对小麦赤霉病病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、油菜菌核病病菌4种病原真菌的抑菌活性.结果表明:发酵液对4种病原真菌的相对抑制率分别为100%,86.7%,82.9%和100%,而其菌丝体的乙醇提取物对3种病原真菌的相对抑制率均为100%.

| Abstract: | The activities of fermentation broth and mycelial ethanol extracts of Streptomyces sp103 against plant fungi were tested.The results indicated that the inhibiting rates of fermentation broth against Fusarium graminearum,Botryosphaeria berengriana f.sppiricola,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were 100%,86.7%,82.9% and 100%,respectively.The inhibiting rate of mycelial ethanol extracts against F.graminearum,B.berengriana f.sppiricola and S.sclerotiorum were all 100%. |
