聚酯改性硅有机漆介电与耐热性能的研究

摘    要:测量经不同固化条件制备的聚酯改性硅有机漆膜的体电阻率、损耗随温度的变化,并用热重和差热分析研究了固化温度对漆膜介电和耐热性能的影响,获得使漆膜具有最小介质损耗和最高的热分解温度的研制工艺

Abstract:The bulk resistivity and loss tagent of polyester improved silicon paint solidified at different condition are measured at different temperature. Effects of solidifying temperature on the dielectric and thermal stability preperty of silicon paint are analysed and studied by TGA and DTA. The preparation technology of the silicon paint, which the loss tagent is the lowest and the decomposition temperature is the highest, is obtained.
