| Abstract: | The fuzzy reasoning mechanism within an expert system is implement-ed in this paper by using object-oriented programming(OOP)on microcom-puter. Based on an engineering topic of seismic damage evaluation of buildings the representation of fuzzy knowledge and OOP approach for fuzzy synthetic evaluation were described in details. |
