摘    要:阐述了目前开发商应树立的三个营销观:以消费者需求为出发点,开发经营适销对路的商品房;开展整体营销活动,通过整体营销手段来获得顾客的满足;统筹兼顾,注重消费者、社会、企业三方面的利益协调.

Abstract:This article explains that the real estate developers should set up three views on the marketing; in view of meeting the consumer's needs, the developers should open up and run readily marketable commrcial buildmgs, develop the whole marketing activities, win the constumer's satisfaction by means of the whole markting,and make overall plans and take all factors into consideration so as to coordinate the consumer's needs, social interests and enterprise profit as well.
