摘    要:在学校体育教学中,体育课如何取得良好的教学效果,始终是体育教师不断探索的问题。良好的教学效果应是多种有利因素共同作用的结果。只要体育教师们认真对待,积极备课,精心组织,善于调控,充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用,就能达到育人和健身的目的。

Abstract:In physical education, the problem, how to improve teaching effect, is constantly sought by P.E. teachers. The improvement of classroom teaching should result from the interaction of several kinds of advantageous factors. P.E. teachers should take seriously in preparing for lessons and organizing students ,as well as having students centering and having teachers guiding so that the practical effect of education and body-building can be well achieved.
