摘    要:改进了传统的制备钒磷酸钇铀荧光粉的方法,采用化学共沉淀法,制备出掺有新组份A12O3的红色荧光粉(YEu)(PV)O4.对所得样品的发射光谱进行了测试,并探索了制备红色荧光粉的最佳条件:激活剂Eu3 的浓度为4%,助溶剂的加入量以0.5%,Al2O3的掺入比例为8%,灼烧温度为1 250℃,时间为2 h.结果表明,所制备的荧光粉发光强度有所提高,同时由于稀土含量的相对减少,降低了成本,有利于扩大推广应用.

Abstract:The traditional preparation of(YEu)(PV)O4 was modified.By coprecipitating,(YEu)(PV)O4 red-emitting phosphor was synthesized with mew concentration Al2O3.The sample emmision spectra was measured and the optimal conditions were investigated for preparation(YEu)(PV)O4.It was found that the sample luminescence intensity had been improved and thus the cost had been lowered.
