可控硅弧焊整流电源的动特性

摘    要:本文研究了可控硅整流弧焊电源的动特性,并据此作了改进。改进后的可控硅电源可控制短路过渡时的电流上升速度小于30A/msec,在再引弧发生前电流瞬时下降50~150A。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of the power source depend not onlyon the peak of short circuit current of the welding arc but on itsincreasing rate and decreasing rate. The slow increasing rate and therapid decreasing rate of the short circuit current of the welding arccan improve the short circuit performance of the welding arc in MMAwelding.The remoulded welding rectifier with thyristors can reducethe increasing rate of the short circuit current of welding arc below30A/m sec.It can drop suddenly the short circuit current 50-150Abefore restriking the arc. The result can loss the possibility of theinstantaneous short circuit of the welding arc and the explosive energyat restriking arc.The spatter rate can raduce 50-70 percent by normalwelding current.The steady welding current can be increased about 10percent. The old way that the dynamic characteristics is controlled bythe time constant in feedbake is improved greatly.
