| Abstract: | The sufficient and necessary conditions of complex square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrices are given in this paper.Meantime,a judgement standard of complex square matrix to be a generalized diagonally dominant matrices is given too.This standard is proved by the living example is simple and feasible. |
