舟桥结构用铝合金的焊接试验

摘    要:针对舟桥承重结构备选铝合金,进行实验室焊接试验,获得了氩气和氦一氩混合气保护下相应的焊接工艺参数,对焊接接头的强度、硬度等性能进行了试验检测和分析;进行大型多腔铝合金型材的焊接工艺试验,确定了铝合金舟桥甲板的合理制造工艺。

Abstract:Focusing on aluminum alloys available for load-carrying structures of pontoon bridge, welding experiments of aluminum alloy were conducted, and welding parameters for protection gas Ar and mixed gas Ar & He were obtained. The performance of welding joints, such as strength and hardness, were tested and analyzed. Investigation on welding technology of large multi-voided aluminum alloy extrusion was conducted, and a reasonable manufacturing technology for aluminum alloy deck used in pontoon bridge was procured from the above investigation.
