特种圆锥滚子轴承的可靠性优化设计

摘    要:本文以滚动轴承疲劳寿命预测的强度模型为基础,提出了特种圆锥滚子轴承的可靠性优化设计方法.此方法能够合理确定在特定工况下使用的圆锥滚子轴承的主要几何尺寸,使得轴承的额定寿命延长.

Abstract:By employing the mechanical reliability theory, a new predicting formula for fatigue life (the strength model) of tapered roller bearings is-derived, assuming that the fatigue life of bearing elements follows the three-parameter Weibull distribution. Based on the new formula, a reliability optimization design method is developed. This method is capable of reasonably determining the main dimensions of tapered roller bearings to be used in specific working conditions so as to lengthen the rated life of the bearings. A type 3-722 four-row tapered roller bearing is taken as an example for making the reliability optimization design. The life rating of the new bearing is found to have been remarkably improved.
