摘    要:提出了一种基于符号有向图 (signeddirectedgraph ,SDG)的智能故障诊断方法 ,其基本思想是通过分别建立系统及其部件所对应的SDG ,并将此SDG对应于需诊断的故障模式进行化简 ,然后将建立的诊断规则库用逻辑运算进行扩充 ,形成系统的诊断规则库。诊断时通过将系统变量的定量取值简化为定性值 ,并应用所建立的规则进行比较 ,得到最后的定性诊断结果。

Abstract:An SDG(Signed directed graph)-based intelligent fault diagnosis method is presented. This method firstly establishes the SDGs of the system and its components, simplifies these SDGs corresponding to the fault modes needing to be diagnosed, then expands the diagnosing rule bank with logical operators to construct the diagnosing rule bank of the system. By simplifying the quantitative values of the system's variables into qualitative values, the constructed rules can be used for comparison, and the qualitative diagnostic results of fault modes can be acquired in the diagnosis.;
