萝藦科2种植物乳汁管的解剖结构研究

摘    要:植物的乳汁具有重要的利用价值和较强的市场开发潜力,用石蜡切片法对萝藦科2种植物茎、叶中乳汁管的类型、分布和大小进行了解剖学研究。结果表明它们的乳汁管为无节乳汁管,且大多聚生;普遍分布在皮层细胞、韧皮部细胞和髓部薄壁细胞中;2种植物中乳汁管的大小和分布不同,即使在同一种植物茎、叶中乳汁管的大小和分布也有差异。乳汁管的直径:茎〉叶;乳汁管的密度:叶〉茎;杠柳〉鹅绒藤。

Abstract:Asclepiadaceae have an important position of value in use and great development in market,but we only do much report on its chemical and science of drugs.At present there are no report about its ’ dissection.In this experiment we do some dissection study on the stern and leaf of two plants of Asclepiadaceae through formal paraffin slices,and observe the type,distribution and volume of their laticifers under optical microscope.The study shows that the laticifers belong to non-jointing laticifers and most are aggregative and largely distributed over the cortex cell,bast cell and marrow thin-wall cell.Different plants laticifers have different volume and distribution,even in the same kind of plant.When compared with laticifer ’ s diameter in leaf and stern the stern bigger than the leaf,while its density is lower.
