摘    要:本论文借助于实验手段揭示网络加工过程中,低弹丝在喷嘴丝道内受气流作用时的运动规律和气流在喷嘴丝道内的流动规律,借以揭示网络丝的网络结形成机理,为合理设计网络喷嘴提供依据。

Abstract:This article discloses the movement of a false-twist yarn in the passageway of an interlacer under the air fluid action and the fluid rule of the air in the passageway of the interlacer during the interlacing process by means of experiment. The experiments are based on the high-speed photography and showing the moving track of the air methods. According to the results of the experiments, we find that the false-twist yarn are splaying and vibrating, the single filament or a bundle of filaments which departed from the yarn will rotate. In order to supply the foundation to designing the configulation of the interlacer, we further explain the periodic interlacing formation mechanism in the interlacing process.
