制取棉花营养钵体的实验

摘    要:营养土配比、营养土含水量和压缩比是影响制取棉花营养钵体时的压制力和钵体强度的3个主要因素.通过单因素实验结果分析得出,随着压缩比的增加、含水量和土与纤维质量比的减小,压制力和钵体强度呈增加趋势.要得到适合机械化育苗、移栽又不影响棉花苗生长要求的钵体强度,合适的营养土含水量为18%~23%,土与纤维质量比为1.8~2.3,压缩比为1.8~2.2.此时的压制力可达1000~1800N.

Abstract:There are three main factors that influence the pressure and intensity when the nutritive bowls am made. The three main factors am material, rate of water and compressing ratio . By the experiments of single factor, the effects to pressure and intensity were obtained. The increase of the compressing ratio, and the decrease of the rate of water and fiber, make the pressure and intensity up. Then the proper quantity range of the factors were found. The results of these experiments show that in order to gain the proper intensity of the nutritive bowl, the right range of the ratio of soil to fiber is from 1.8 to 2.3, the proper percentage of water is from 18% to 23%, and the proper compressing ratio is from 1.8 to 2.2. The presure can attain from 1 000 to 1 800 N.
