圆柱拉压螺旋弹簧的动态优化设计

摘    要:本文采用空间曲杆力学模型对圆柱拉压螺旋弹簧进行了动态分析,求出了动态微分方程组的解析解。在此基础上,对弹簧进行动态优化设计,建立了以最大动载应力最小为目标函数的优化数学模型,采用混合离散变量优化程序CVM02,得到了合理可靠的优化设计方案。

Abstract:The dynamic stress in helical spring has been analyzed with a spatial mechanical model for bent lever and an analytic solution for the partial differential equation has been found. A dynamic optimal design for the spring is then carried out. The objective function for optimization is based on the minimization of the maximum dynamic shearing stress in the spring. The mixed discrete variables optimization program CVM02 is used, and the design results are found to be satisfactory.
