“元”的敞开——雅各布逊元语言理论视角下的元小说分析

雅各布逊的元语言理论涉及元语言的两个主要特征：言说语言自身和检查双方代码。由于是言说语言自身,所以语言自身的所指必然要被忽略,也即使得能指与所指作为符号整体来构成新的所指。这样便使得元语言具有了抽象性质。另外,由于元语言的检查双方代码功能,所以这种＂检查＂功能同样适用于元小说。对于元小说而言,这种检查功能便表现为对沟通作者与读者的文本进行检查,从而使得文本具有了＂坦诚性＂。

Publicity of ＂Meta＂ —— Analysis on Meta-fiction from Perspective of Jacobson’s Meta-language Theory

In Jakobson’s theory of meta-language,two main features of meta-language,commenting on language itself and checking the codes of both sides,are mentioned.In the commenting on language itself,the original reference must be ignored,that is to say,it combines the signified with the reference as a whole to constitute a new reference.So,the meta-language obtains its own abstract nature.On the other hand,the meta-language has the function of checking the codes of both sides,so this function could also be applied to meta-fiction.For meta-fiction,the checking function acts as a means to check the text which connects the author with the readers,making the text possess a quality of honesty.
