摘    要:新课程形势下每个老师都必须对自己的教学行为进行重新定位,在我们的教研实践中,以课题研究的形式引导老师发现问题来确定课题的研究方向;以课题研究为教研平台来培养教师对新课程的理解;通过强化课题研究的跟踪过程,引领教师们一边研究一边实践。这是一个比较成功的促进物理教师再专业化的过程。

Abstract:Under new courses each teacher has to reconsider his behavior of teaching.In our practice of teaching and research,the research orientation is directed through projects which can help teachers discover problems.Projects,as a platform,also help teachers better understand new courses.The follow-up of projects makes it possible for teachers to do research and at the same time to carry out teaching practices.It' s a successful process for further specialization for physics teachers by way of project research.
