基于非占位涂料技术的砂型铸造精确成形技术

摘    要:介绍了铸造技术的现状,提出利用快速成型技术和非占位涂料技术可提高砂型铸造的精密度,实现精确成形,并结合砂型铸造用制动鼓模样的制造实践,对这一技术的关键点进行了分析,与普通砂型铸造相比,指出了该技术的优势.

Abstract:The current status of foundry technology is introduced.A suggestion of improving sand casting precision to realize precision casting by using rapid prototyping technology and non-occupying coating technology is put forward.Comb ining with making brake drum of sand casting mold,the key technology is analyzed .The advantages are pointed out by comparing with the common.
