| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济社会的转型,传统事业单位体制的弊端逐渐凸显。非盈利组织作为事业单位改革的趋势引起了人们的极大关注。本文立足于实际,分析事业单位向非盈利组织转化的背景,研究转化过程中的制度性障碍因素,并针对这些问题提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of economic and society in our country, the disadvantages of the traditional institution system gradually revealed. The non - profit group as the institution reform trend caused the peopleg attention. Based on the practice, the author analyzed the background of the transformation from institutions to non-profit organizations, studied the obstacles in the process of transformation, to solve the problems, provided some references for the transformation from institutions to non-profit organizations. |
