王学忠:一位底层诗人的当代意义

平民诗人王学忠是当代诗坛的独特现象,他的诗歌关注当代工人的生活困境和命运不平,正直无惧。他的诗歌意义主要有两点:一是以底层人民的自我表述迫使人们郑重思索工人阶级所经历的生活变迁和情感失落;二是他的诗歌精神是对传统写作伦理的继承与坚守,是对知识分子奴性表现的检省。当然,他的诗歌也有明显的局限性——艺术上的落后性与思想上的肤浅化。

Wang Xuezhong:A Civilian Poet of Contemporary Significance

Civilian poet Wang Xuezhong is a unique phenomenon in contemporary poetry.His poetry focuses on the contemporary workers' living predicament and rough fate.He is upright and fearless.There are two poetic meanings in his poetry: one is that the individual expression of the common people forces people to earnestly consider the change of life experienced by the working class and their loss in emotion;the other one is that his poetic spirit is the inheritance and insistence to traditional writing ethics,and is the examination of the intellectuals' servility.Of course,we can see that there is the obvious limitation in his poetry——the backwardness in art and superficiality in thinking.
