| 摘 要： | 加强党的建设,要遵循科学方法才能达到较好的效果。在新形势下,高职院校必须以遵循规律为前提,以实际问题为中心,将科学理论、科学制度和科学方法三个方面有机结合起来,积极探索以新媒体为载体,以学习型组织理论为基础,运用心理学和现代管理学的方法来推进党的建设。

| Abstract: | The formation of innovative thinking is an extremely complex system process. Innovative thinking is considered into the dissipative structure theory,and the innovative thinking has close contact with the dissipative structure ;the openness is the premise and basis of the innovative thinking;nonlinear is the natural characteristic and achievement power of the innovative thinking; away from the balanced posture is starting point of innovative thinking;fluctuation leading to an orderly is the leverage of innovative thinking achievement. |
