量子卡诺制冷循环

摘    要:本文根据量子力学和热力学理论,提出了一种以大量的处在无限深势阱中的微观粒子为工质的量子卡诺制冷循环模型。推导出它的制冷系数的表达式,结果发现,其制冷系数与经典卡诺制冷循环相类似。这对低温或超低温下制冷机的研究具有理论意义。

Abstract:Based on quantum mechanics and thermodynamics, a model of Carnot refrigeration cycle is proposed in which the working substance is composed of micro-particles contained in a potential well.The coefficient of performance is derived.The result shows that quantum refrigeration cycle is similar to classical refrigeration.It will be significant for the research of refrigerators in low or ultra-low temperature.
