| 摘 要： | 以中山市地价监测信息系统空间数据库为例,以地理信息工具MapInfo为平台,介绍了建立中山市地价监测信息系统空间数据库的方法,包括空间数据库的数据结构分析、分类、分层方案,命名及编码规则,以及利用MapInfo和VERTICAL MAPPER绘制地价等值线图和地价剖面图,用作地价的时空分析。

| Abstract: | Taking the spatial database of Zhongshan urban land price monitoring information system as the example,and taking geography information tool MapInfo as the platform,this paper introduces the method for establishing the spatial database of Zhongshan urban land price monitoring information system including the spatial data structure,the classification,the lamination plan,the naming and the coding rule of the spatial database,and makes use of MapInfo and VERTICAL MAPPER to draw the land price isopleth map and profile map for the temporal-spatial analysis of land price. |
