摘    要:本文报导了应用DTD—3型精密控温消解仪消解食品样品,以冷原子吸收法测定其中的微量汞。本课题通过对直接影响测定结果的消解时间、消解温度、测定条件等因素的分析,建立了一种操作简便快速、设备价格低廉、结果准确的食品汞测定方法。

Abstract:This paper reports thst the DTD -3 precision digesting instrument with controlling temperature is used to digest the sample in food,and determine the trace mercury in food by the cold atom absorbing method. This subject forms one method determining the mercury in food in which the operation is simple and fast,the cost of the instrument is low and the result is correct,through analyzing the factors,such as the digesting time,the digesting temperature and the determining conditions which directly affect the determined results.
