| 摘 要： | 机要文书档案管理是高校档案工作的重要组成部分,新时期社会的快速发展为机要文书档案管理工作带来了新的挑战。阐述了机要文书档案管理工作的特点,分析了新形势下高校机要文书档案管理面临的主要问题,并从信息技术的利用、档案解密制度的完善以及档案利用效能的提高3个方面提出了关于机要文书档案管理工作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The management of confidential documentary archives is an important component of archives work in universities. The rapid development of the society in the new period brings some new challenges to the management of confidential documentary archives. This paper expounds the features of the management of confidential documentary archives, analyzes some main problems existing in the management of confidential documentary archives in university under the new situation, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the management of confidential documentary archives from three aspects of the utilization of information technology, the perfection of archives decryption system and the improvement of archives use efficiency. |
