摘    要:高科技企业人力资源管理问题正逐渐成为其发展的"瓶颈"因素和薄弱环节。从风险管理的视角,结合高科技企业人力资源管理特点,对人力资源战略规划、人力资源基础管理、人员能力管理、人力资源运营管理、组织文化和人力资源信息管理等方面的风险管理策略进行了探讨,对于处于快速发展的高科技企业人力资源风险管理控制具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

Abstract:The human resource management in rapidly developed high-tech enterprise is gradually becoming the“bottleneck”and weak factor of it. From the risk management perspective, and connecting with the features of the human resource management in the high-tech enterprise, this paper discusses the risk management strategy in aspects of human resource’s strategic planning,human resource’s basic management,personnel capacity management, human resource’s operation management,organizational culture, and human resource’s information management,etc., which have a certain significance and reference value to the human resource’s risk management of high-tech enterprise in rapid development.
