调速型液力偶合器控制系统数学模型的建模过程

摘    要:介绍了调速型液力偶合器输入输出特性数学建模方法,利用组态王、可编程序控制器PLC以及相应的传感器,采集实时数据并且存入Access数据库,Access作为Matlab和组态王的共享数据库。基于采集的实时数据。用多项式拟合的方法,由计算功能强大的Matlab软件建立调速型液力偶合器自控系统的数学模型。此建模方法能完成复杂控制算法建模任务,是实现调速型液力偶合器实现计算机控制的关键。

Abstract:The way to establish mathematic model of adjustable speed hyraulic coupling input/output character is introduced in this paper. This system may collect real-time data and store them into Access through Kingview and PLC. Access database is shared by the databases of Kingview and Matlab. Based on real-time collection data, Matlab establishes the mathematic model of adjustable speed hydraulic coupling control system by the algorithm of polynomial fitting. This method can also solve the problem of establishing complicated algorithm of control system. In order to control adjustable speed hydraulic coupling by computer, to establish the mathematic model of adjustable speed hyraulic coupling is the key point.
