| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济的时代，随着我国市场体制的逐步建立和教育产业化策略的实施，如何对高校进行人力资源的合理开发和科学有效的管理，势必成为高校发展的一个大课题。本文从高校人力资源的现状及特点，剖析它的内在规律，提出进行合理开发和有效管理的一些途径。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy with the establishment of China's market economic system and the implementation of the strateges of educational industrialization,how to reasonably exploit college personnel resources and scientifically manage colleges is an important subject for the college development. The article analysizes the inner laws of the current situation and the characteristics of colleges and universities' personnel resources, and puts forward some suggestions for the reasonable development and efficient management. |
