X射线位置灵敏探测器及在能谱测量中的应用

摘    要:研制了一种一维X射线位置灵敏探测器,位置分辨本领好于1mm,由该探测器与衍射晶体相结合所组成地低以能X射线能谱测量系统,对于^57Co,6.4keV的X射线,其能量分辨本领好于50eV。

Abstract:One dimension X ray position sensitive gas detector with position resolution less than 1mm was discribed.A system of energy measurement for low energy X ray has been constructed with the combination of this detector and diffraction crystal.The energy resolution of the system is less than 50eV for 6.4keV X ray of 57 Co.
