| 摘 要： | 研制了一种一维Ｘ射线位置灵敏探测器，位置分辨本领好于１ｍｍ，由该探测器与衍射晶体相结合所组成地低以能Ｘ射线能谱测量系统，对于＾５７Ｃｏ，６．４ｋｅＶ的Ｘ射线，其能量分辨本领好于５０ｅＶ。

| Abstract: | One dimension X ray position sensitive gas detector with position resolution less than 1mm was discribed.A system of energy measurement for low energy X ray has been constructed with the combination of this detector and diffraction crystal.The energy resolution of the system is less than 50eV for 6.4keV X ray of 57 Co. |
