| 摘 要： | 在马克思主义中国化发展的最新阶段，科学发展观倡导“以人为本”的发展理念，对高校思想政治教育来说，就是要挖掘这个学科的人文精神内涵，就是要使这个学科的意识形态功能与人文精神能够有机的结合．高校思想政治教育的人文精神，是“以人为本”与个性自由的有机融合，对人“终极关怀”的哲学思考是其内在逻辑主线，因此，要实现高校思想政治教育的意识形态功能与人文精神的统一，必须始终坚持马克思主义先进文化的指导地位，贯彻“文化自觉”理念，推动新型意识形态的建构．
