| 摘 要： | 涉外酒店是对外的一个窗口。其员工的基本素质与服务直接成为酒店生存与发展的一个重要条件。然而,由于跨文化意识欠强,目前在涉外酒店存在着一些影响交际和企业形象的情况,尤其体现在对身势语的运用上。因此,有必要就酒店目前使用身势语的状况进行分析,并借助非言语交际理论提出酒店员工应认识不同文化背景下的身势语并学会如何正确使用。

| Abstract: | Foreign-related hotels often serve as windows to the outside.The qualities or characters of the hotel staff will directly affect the development of hotels.However,some phenomena which damage the image and communication still exist,esp,in the misuse of kinesics.Therefore,it is necessary to make an analysis of the current application of kinesics in foreign-related hotels,and offer some suggestions about the correct use of this kind of nonverbal language. |
