| 摘 要： | 新年伊始，美国政府公布了题名为《维持美国的全球领导地位：21世纪国防的优先任务》的新军事战略报告。通过分析发现，新军事战略从多方面对美国军事战略进行了重大调整，这种调整是基于新的社会历史环境和背景，表现出与以往有所不同的特点，将对世界安全环境特别是亚太安全形势产生重大影响。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of this year, American promulgates Sustaining U. S. Global Leadership ： Priorities for 21^st Century Defense which has made some significant adjustments in the US military strategy. These adjustments, made on the basis of contemporary social and historical backgrounds, show the differences from the traditional strategy and will exert a great influence on the world secure environment, especially the security situation in the Asia-Pacific region. |
