推行股份制是农村电气化顺利进行的有效途径

农村电气化是促使农村经济迅速摆脱贫困,走上稳定、协调发展的必由之路。但是,由于地方小电网与国家大电网的关系长期未能理顺,使农村电气化严重受阻。本文就如何正确处理地方小网与国家大网之间敏感而一直未得解决的关系问题进行了分析,并针对导致大小网矛盾的深层原因,提出了通过建立股份制地方电力公司以根本解决矛盾的构想。

Stock System is an Effective Way in Rural Electrification

Rural electrification is the only way for the countryside to get rid of economic poverty and to achiev a stable and coordinated development. But since the relations between the local small electric network and the state big one have not been straightened out, the development of rural electrification has not yet rapidly gone ahead. This paper analyzed this unsolved problem and suggested an assumption of setting up some local stock power companies, so as to have a possibility to solve the problem completely.
