锂铁氧体微粉各向异性的研究

摘    要:测量了锂铁氧化体微粉不同温度下的磁化曲线,利用单畴颗粒矫顽力随温度变化关系计算了颗粒的有效磁各向异性常数.结果发现,有效磁各向异性常数随粒度的减小而增大,微粉的有效磁各向异性常数大于锂铁氧体的磁晶各向异性常数

Abstract:The magnetic properties of LiFe 5O 8 Ultrafine particles were measured.Using the relationship between coercivity and temperature,the effective magnetic anisotropy constants were calculated.The calculated results showed that the effective magnetic anisotropy constants of ultrafine particles were larger than the magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant of Li-ferrite.The less the diameters of particles were,the larger the effective magnetic anisotropy constants were.
