| 摘 要： | 面对我国教育改革和全面推进素质教育的迫切需要，建设数字图书馆已经成为一种必然趋势。数字图书馆建设应以资源信息建设为核心，数字图书馆建设的主要内容应包括建立与完善本馆的书目数据库、数字化信息资源的采购以及网上信息资源的采集利用。
