OPC技术在风机在线监测系统中的应用

摘    要:为了构建某烧结厂风机在线监测系统,运用OPC技术,从RSLINX通信软件中提取原始数据,实现实时在线监测,通过客户端将数据在数据库中保存以及被远程客户端所使用。由于OPC技术的特点和其特有的时间戳,因此数据的实时性得到了很大的提高。该系统投入运行后,大大提高了设备的安全运行率。

Abstract:In order to construct an on-line fan monitor system, OPC technology is employed to pick up the original signals through the software named RSLINX for genuine real-time monitoring, and the data are saved into database by client-side and can be used by other remote client-sides. Thanks to the unique features of OPC and its typical timestamp, the data have improved considerably in timeliness. Since the system was put into use, the ratio of the equipment has greatly increased in safe operation.
