| 摘 要： | 采用大学生适应性量表进行团体施测以了解文山师专新生的学校适应情况．结果显示：新生在学习适应和环境总体认同方面适应较好，但在人际适应、角色适应和职业适应方面有显著差异；在学习适应性方面，女生适应情况要比男生好，汉族新生要比少数民族新生好，艺术类新生比理科新生好；角色适应方面，女生比男生好；人际适应性方面，文科新生适应情况比艺术类新生好．

| Abstract: | The research examined the adaptability of freshmen in Wenshan Teachers'college by undergraduate a- daptability questionnaire.R The results indicated that freshmen could adapt to college studying and campus environment, but there appeared a significant difference in interpersonal adaptability,identity adaptability and career choice adaptabili- ty ;girl students showed better adaptability than boy students in learning,freshmen of Han group were better than minority groups,freshmen of arts were better than those of science;girl students showed better adaptability than boy students in self identifying;In Interpersonal Adaptability,freshmen of science were better than those of arts. |
