| 摘 要： | 有机锗制品中无机锗可在６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中用蒸馏法分离出来，而后用ＩＣＰ光谱法测定．在取样１０ｍｇ的情况下，方法可测定至０．０１５％无机锗，相对标准偏差为５％～９％．
