| 摘 要： | 大学生素质教育的核心是创新教育，实验室是实施创新教育的基本条件，建立和完善以培养学生创新精神和创新能力为目标的创新实验室在创新教育中起着重要的作用，本文阐述了我系创建创新实验室的尝试，并针对创新实验室的建设、运作机制以及管理方式进行了初步的探讨。
