摘    要:通过静态模拟实验,研究不同氮素营养水平下培养的金鱼藻的生理变化.结果表明:在富营养(1mg·L^-1)水平下金鱼藻植株脯氨酸含量最低,水体溶解氧增加最多,光合能力较强.氮素浓度的增加可以促进金鱼藻植株叶绿素生物合成,但是过高营养盐浓度会影响金鱼藻的抗逆能力.

Abstract:With static experiments,the physiological changes of ceratophyllum demersum cultured under different concentrations of total nitrogen were discussed.The results indicated that under eutrophication(TN=1mg ·L^-1 condition,the proline content in ceratophyllum demersum was the lowest,and the ceratophyllum demersum has a great effect on improving dissolved oxygen concentration in the water.That is,the photosynthetic capacity of ceratophyllum demersum was better.The chlorophyll content in ceratophyllum demersum increased with the increasing concentration of total nitrogen, but the raised concentration of nutrients was a stress to ceratophyllum demersum and could affect its hardiness physiology.
