| 摘 要： | 本文报道利用微波消解—分光光度法测定水中总磷,与经典的压力锅消解和硝酸—高氯酸消解法相比较,测定结果符合、精度水平一致,操作简便、安全、快速,适合于大批量样品分析,经F检验法及t检验法检验,三种消解法分析结果没有明显差异。

The method shows the advantages of simple operation, safety, high analysis speed over the traditional sample digestion method and suitable for large batch analysis. F-test and t-test prove that the method is reliabl. |
