摘    要:应用冷却型科学级CCD摄像式显微荧光影像系统对受精后20d(S20)的红莲子叶细胞进行了DNA,RNA和总蛋白相对质量含量的多参数相关测量。

Abstract:Using microfluorescent inaging with a cooled scientific grade CD cam-camera the cochtal meaSUrement of DNA, RNA and total protein content in individualcotyledon Cells from red lotuS on the 20th day after fe~n (520) were perfo~. The~ac analySis show that the multiple inCreaSe in RNA and total protein conant is aboutas same as DNA. A positive her cochtion b~ RNA and total plotein is statisticallyst~nt. Ih this teXt some fixed methods and quantitative methods for samples used areanalwi and ~sac.
