| Abstract: | Using microfluorescent inaging with a cooled scientific grade CD cam-camera the cochtal meaSUrement of DNA, RNA and total protein content in individualcotyledon Cells from red lotuS on the 20th day after fe~n (520) were perfo~. The~ac analySis show that the multiple inCreaSe in RNA and total protein conant is aboutas same as DNA. A positive her cochtion b~ RNA and total plotein is statisticallyst~nt.
