| 摘 要： | 以钛酸四丁脂为前驱物，采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2纳米粉体，在制备过程中，抑制剂HNO3的加入可有效地降低TiO2纳米粒子的粒径，利用XRD、TEM等分析测试手段对制备的TiO2粉体的晶相组成、晶体形貌进行了表征，研究了热处理温度对TiO2纳米粒子晶体结构和光催化性能的影响，同时讨论了纳米TiO2粉体重复使用对降解的影响。

| Abstract: | Nanosized TiO_2 powder is prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OBu)_4 as the forerunner.The size of nanoparticle can be diminished by adding the HNO_3 as inhibitor. By means of XRD and TEM,the composition and morphology of the crystal phase of TiO_2 nanoparticle is characterized and the influence of heat-treatment temperature on the crystalline structure and photocatalytic performance of the nanoparticles of TiO_2 is also investigated.Meantime,the influence of repeated use of TiO_2 powder on their degradation is discussed,also. |
