| 摘 要： | 目的 净化升级基因工程小鼠。方法 采用统计学方法对基因工程小鼠剖宫取胎净化过程中的大量数据进行分析。结果 ①按规律准确判断妊娠天数 ,可使剖得的仔鼠成活率达到 81 0 % ,②CD_1小鼠作为代乳母鼠剖得的仔鼠离乳成活率为 5 1 5 %。结论 适宜的剖宫取胎条件是提高剖出仔鼠和离乳仔鼠成活率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To get rid of contamination of the transgenic mice. Methods Multi -parameters were got during the purification and analyzed by statistical measu res. Results ① The survival rate of li tter reached 83.3%,if the days of pregnant were correctly calculated. ② The weaning survival rate of litter got to 51.4% when CD-1 mice were used to nurse the litters. Conclusion The suitable conditions of caesarean operation are keys for increasing the survival rate and weaning rate of the litters. |
