基于PSPICE的光接收机电路设计与仿真

摘    要:文章基于PSPICE通用软件,设计了一个由金属-半导体-金属Schottky势垒光探测器(MSM-PD)组成的GaAs光接收机电路,并对其进行了电路级仿真,仿真结果显示达到了设计目的。

Abstract:The computer aided design of the optoelectronic integrated circuit has become an important means for the realization of high-quality devices and circuits.In this paper,a GaAs photoreceiver circuit is designed in which the metal-semiconductor-metal photodetector(MSM-PD) is adopted,circuit level simulation is carried out,and satisfying results are obtained.
