有梭织机的节能潜力

摘    要:本文研究了织机回转不匀率对织机驱动电机平均转速和功率的影响,导出了这种影响的表达式。从能量关系上引出了等效回转不匀率这一新量,并找到了它与转速函数在频域上的能量之间的关系。此外,对梭子和投梭机构的剩余动能进行了较全面的分析。根据理论分析结果,提出了有梭织机节能的有关途径。最后,以1511织机为例,进行了有梭织机节能潜力的实际计算。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of the fluctuation on the mean speed and the power ofloom's driving motor were investigated and the expressions for these effects werderived.Basing on the energy relationships,a new quantities of equivalent fluctua-tion was introduced,the connection between the energy of speed function on fre-quency domain and the,equivalent fluctuation was found.In addition to the abovementioned contents,the remainder kinetic energy of the shuttle and the pickingmechanism,which take a considerable part in the potentiality of energy-saving inlooms was analysed all-sidely.According to the results of theoretical analyses,theways for saving energy in looms were suggested.Finally,taking the loom of 1511type as a practical example,the potentiality of energy-saving was calculated.
