| 摘 要： | 机场信息系统是核心生产系统,涉及面广,设备众多,相互联系复杂,机场迁址、扩建等项目中都可能需要对信息系统进行整体搬迁,需要保证业务系统在规定的搬迁时间窗口内恢复正常运行.分析了机场信息系统机房搬迁过程的各种风险,提出预防措施及风险发生后的应对措施,以及实施这些应对措施所需要的成本,时间.

| Abstract: | Airport information system, which involves a wide range of, numerous equipment, in complex relationships with other system, is the core of production system. When the information system must be moved for things such as airport relocation or extension, it should recover to work in fixed time. This paper analyzes various risks in the process of the information system relocation, points out the prevention measures before and after the risk occurs, the cost and time it needs. |
