| 摘 要： | 实行学分制是高校教学管理制度的重大改革。它要求传统教学管理制度下的高校教师转变教育教学观念,提高教育教学水平,解决学分制下自身和学生中出现的新问题,主动适应与促进学分制的改革与发展。本文试分析学年制向学分制转型中,高校教师所存在的客观问题,并提出解决问题的对策。
