As2O3贴剂制备工艺与处方优化的研究

摘    要:考察了As2O3贴剂的制备工艺和最优处方.以黏性和释药性为考察指标,采用单因素考察压敏胶、增塑剂、交联剂和渗透促进剂对贴剂的影响,并通过正交设计筛选了贴剂处方.结果表明:所得贴剂的制备工艺简单;压敏胶成膜均匀;黏性适中,释药性发现能缓释12 h.

Abstract:To investigate the preparation technique and optimal formulation of arsenic trioxide patch(ATP).The optimizing condition for ATP by adhesive,plasticizere,crosslinking and permeation enhancers was selected with cohesion test and release of Arsenic trioxide as markers by single factor design.And L9(34) orthogonal designing was used to obtain optimal formulation.Prepares ATP has advantages as simple technique.uniformity in forming film and viscous.It can be released drug for 12 h.The best technology of ATP is confirmed.
