螺旋流消能装置消能效果试验研究

摘    要:针对许多行业流体动力系统中的流体流动出现突然失控,使系统受到瞬时高压冲击的问题,提出了用螺旋流消能装置对管路中出现的高压水流进行消能,以减少对泵及管路系统的损害,增加其使用寿命的方法。试验结果表明:采用螺旋流消能装置能有效地降低管路中的水压力,减少瞬间高压对系统的损害,是一种行之有效的消能方法。

Abstract:According to the problem that sudden uncontrolled phenomenon of the fluid flow in the hydrodynamic system of many professions makes the system get the impact of the momentary high pressure, this paper puts forward the method for realizing the energy absorption of the high-pressure water flow in the pipeline by using the spiral flow energy absorber for reducing the damages of the pump and pipeline system and prolonging their service life. The experimental results show that the use of the spiral flow energy absorber, which can reduce effectively the water pressure in the pipeline and reduce the damage of the momentary high-pressure on the system, is an effective method for the energy absorbing.
